Payment

  • For any balance due at the time of delivery, we accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Cash,
    Check, or Travelers Check.
  • For your convenience, you may apply for a Sprintz preferred account to receive monthly billings. See your
    salesperson for details.

Returns

In stock furniture and accessories:

  • Sprintz will repair, replace, or arrange for the exchange of your furniture for up to 14 days from date of delivery.
  • Sprintz will accept returns on accessories, lamps, and pictures for up to 14 days from date of delivery.
  • All "as-is" items are sold in existing condition and are non-returnable.

Special Orders

Furniture, accessories, and custom goods*

  • All special orders require a 50% deposit at the time of selection. Because special orders are custom made for you,
    they cannot be canceled or exchanged once the order has been placed with the factory (72 hours).
  • Under certain circumstances, some factories will accept cancellation of orders, prior to shipment, with restocking charges (equivalent to 25% of the selling price). Should a factory accept your cancellation, you will be responsible
    for these charges.

* Custom goods include: carpet, area rugs, draperies, bed coverings, window treatments, and wall coverings.

Shipping

We can ship any piece of furniture anywhere, period. So, no matter where you are, you can get the best prices on the finest furniture and have it delivered right to your door. Check with our delivery department for more information. 615-350-1187. Damaged or Defective Merchandise If your merchandise is damaged or defective when you receive it, we will correct it.

Warranty

Sprintz warrants all merchandise to be free from manufacturer defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. All workmanship and parts are included within this warranty. Certain manufacturers warrant their merchandise for a period longer than one year. This warranty supersedes any and all verbal representations.
